I offer wellbeing and recovery in a natural environment, preferably outdoors. I offer guided tours in nature, relaxation classes, and retreats for individual customers and groups. With me, visitors get the opportunity to explore both the wild outer nature as well as their own inner nature. My guided tours aim to show the unique nature of selected places, where we together practice how we can enjoy nature while minimizing our footprints as much as possible in connection to our visit. I also offer gong-relaxation, forest baths, (Shinrin Yoku) which is a Japanese health bringing method for reducing stress. During this activity I give my customers the opportunity to bathe their senses, to reconnect to themselves, to find relaxation and tranquility in nature. In a playful, yet calm way, we explore nature's healing powers. In togetherness we enjoy and let ourselves be surprised by the magic of nature. I also offer physical and mental relaxation exercises.
By presence and with help from nature, I offer a unique concept for supporting wellbeing and minimizing stress and by that help people find recovery. My activities support the protection of our environment and nature. Without the need for performance, you as a visitors are given the opportunity for relaxation and rest as well as in a playful way.
