Our organic roast house "LandDelikat" is dedicated to developing healthy, natural and wholesome products. To guarantee the best quality and transparency for our customers, we use our own seeds for farming, harvest and graft ourselves. Our experience as well as manufacturing and the best roast-technology are important factors for good quality. Our drum roaster was developed for our special needs and is unique in Germany.
We produce highland coffee from 8 countries and different sorts of raw cocoa. We collaborate with cooperatives which maintain the cultural heritage and traditional farming methods. The "Blue Lupini" - coffee made from sweet lupines - is one of our specialities. We grow our own organic lupines and grains (used for grain coffee).
During the past several years, we developed more than 25 different products from those four resources: coffee beans, raw cocoa, lupines, and grains. We market our products directly in our own shop and on markets, as well as online and with the help of resellers. All of our organic products are free of additives and artificial flavors. This gives them their unique natural taste and high tolerance.
