One of our most popular events is Viking-Gus which combine ice bath with classic saunagus. You will be introduced to the health benefits of sauna and ice bath. We will be guiding and supervising you during the ice bath, which we recommend for up to two minutes at a time. We are teaching you how your breath can be your superpower to handle the stress from the cold. We have two regular VikingeGus events a week in-house, and we are also making events on the beaches around Zealand and Copenhagen.

We are located at the South coast of Sjælland in Faxe Ladeplads with both the ocean and two beautiful forests as close neighbors. When we host events in-house it takes place in our garden with our home as changing room and with a nice ocean view.
